These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the buildBetterCo online platform/website (the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you agree to these Terms and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Platform by us.

You may need to register for an account to access certain features of the Platform. When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form and to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree to use the Platform only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You agree not to access (or attempt to access) the Platform by any means other than through the interface that is provided by us.

The content displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and digital downloads, is the property of buildBetterCo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use such content except as provided in these Terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;

  • Harm minors in any way;

  • Impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to a buildBetterCo official, forum leader, guide, or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

  • Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Platform;

  • Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary, and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);

  • Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;

  • Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall buildBetterCo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India , without regard to its conflict of law provisions and all matter will under Jurisdiction of Gurugram Court , Haryana.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
